Do you have any ball ornaments you could do handprint or thumbprints on?

That's such an awesome idea. I would love to do that. That sounds fun. Do you do it with just paint or what?

I remember one about decorating upside down ice cream cones with green frosting and candies to look like a christmas tree

I think so I can give links if you want. I haven't tried yet but I'm def. doing the thumbprint one and you make it look like a reindeer head. The handprint one might be harder for smaller children to hold still.

Yeah, my son is going to be 4, so I think I would have to make him understand to not to squeeze it too tight so he doesn't break it lol. I would like to do one every year to see the progression of his hand getting bigger. It sounds like fun. I need to be a more craftier mother haha. Yes, post the links

Haha yeah don't let him squeeze too hard! Last year I did stuff with my children almost every night. I made a card holder, an advent calendar, different ornaments, paper plate snowmen, our cat a stocking, different stuff like that. This year there is pinterest and so many more ideas haha. Here is the reindeer linkhttp://www.littlebitfunky.com/2011/11/20-minute-crafter-reindeer-thumbprint.html And here is the snowman onehttp://www.littlebitfunky.com/2010/12/make-these-now-handprint-snowman.html There's a ton of other stuff you could do with them but I liked these.
