4 days of working out pictures :/

I really love you all, lol. I was feeling so sad and depressed this morning because I don't feel any different and a lady asked how far along I was yesterday :/ I did a few days of Insanity (dying ) then did one day of level 3 30ds. I'm switching back and forth because I have a bad left knee due to a motocross injury. THANK YOU ladies so so much, you made my day more than you know

Insanity is crazy, but it really helps with endurance

I completely do expect results too quickly, I have no patience when it comes to myself. Now that I'm happy about this again I'm so not stopping!
