pains all over!!

I am 36 weeks pregnant and I have been feeling pains and cramps every where i was walking up the stairs literally 30 minutes ago and out of no where I got this pain that shot all the way up my back and at the same time I happened to get a cramp in my pelvic area up to my belly button does anyone know why this is happening? is it something I should be worried about? and is it normal?

unfortunately, and fortunately at the same time, it is normal =/
I had one like that at 29weeks, and it can have a lot to do with where the baby is sitting. Take a nice warm bath to relax your muscles and as much as you can try to get off your feet, unless sitting is causing it then get up. Basically do opposite of what yo'ure doing lol

Im due same day. I get that a lot, especially after going up the stairs. I think it's baby on a nerve. I also get the sudden sciatic nerve pains that stop me in my tracks and almost feels like my leg freezes up.

ugh!! i get that alot it sucks   but as long as its normal an no need to worry then that makes it okay!

I just bought a 5lb bag of Epsom salt. Been taking a 30 min bath everyday or every other day for the last week. Yesterday I was told she's dropped significantly and this is possibly why I'm getting them so severe suddenly.
