blood clot after c section.....

My son was born Nov. 2 now the past couple of days ive been bleeding really bad. This morning ive already went thru two pads because i went thru them so fast from bleeding now I had this size clot and also some in the toilet. I called my dr and without even able to see the pic they said everything is fine..... Ive had a miscarriage before and the blood clots looked like this!!! What should i do since my dr wont see me?!?!?! is it something i should even be worried about??? I also had my tubes tied when i had my c section if that matters

Blood clots are normal. Bleeding thru a heavy pad an hour is not ok. I had a section nov 2nd too

idk why it wont post the pic.... the clot was about 3-4 inches long and about 2-3 inches wide!!! Awww congrats!!!!
