oh gawd sounds like Noah. Try singing the "clean up" song, and tell them they can have something special once its done.

I get a trash bag and put them in there and tell them I'm giving their toys to kids who don't have any since they can't clean up after themselves...then I go hide thebag somewhere until they start cleaning up the rest. If that doesn't work, I take away their electronics (Nintendo, leapfrog, or my iPad they like to play games on) until they clean up. Sometimes I'll compromise and tell them to clean up half and I'll join and help them clean up the rest. I feel you...there are always toys everywhere in my house.
