Hotwheels, my son is obsessed with hotwheels haha.
Coloring books & crayons.
We got my son a little work bench with tools for around $30 last year, he gets a lot of use out of that too.

Coloring books, crayons/markers, you can make some homemade pay doh (very easy and so much better!), hot wheels cars, finger paints.

Bring him to walmart/toys r us or wherever and let him point out what he likes.

Switch and go dino- $15.00
Lincoln Logs- $15.00
Angry Birds game-$10.00

Then $10 on stocking stuffers, hotwheels, finger paint, paint brushes, coloring book, piece of fruit and piece of candy.

Thats what I would do with a budget of $100,
