I suck :/

Well I went to Day 4 on Insanity but it was just too hard on my bad knee. Today I went back to level 3 of 30DS, I can't even tell you how much better it is being able to almost keep up with the work out. I feel like I'm getting a better work out because I'm not dragging myself along like I was doing Insanity.. (how the hell did I get to day 14 last year??) Anyways, I'm scared to step on the scale, I've been working out, eating much better than before but I just don't feel like it is doing anything. I know only 4 days isn't going to change your life but I was hoping for too much I guess :/ Looking through BG forums, I see girls changing a lot in 4 days, I haven't at all! I feel like cutting all of my fat off! I went down to 155 8 months ago and gained all of the weight back to 180 (as of 5 days ago)

Awe.   That sucks.

But if you are active, and eating healthy you will get results, even if it's not in four days. I have lost 80 pounds, and for the first six weeks there didn't seem to be change at all. You will get there if you keep up with it. If you have already done 30 day shred a few times, then maybe you should consider upping the amount of weight you use for the workout?

I've never completed it, when I lost all of the weight I started at 200, went to 170 from Insanity/other work outs, went from 170 to 155 in about 3 months of no food at all. So when I started eating omg, it came back on and it wants to stay on. I think you're right, I was just thinking about using bigger weights yesterday, I have 3 lb now.
