diaper bag questions

posted 30th Nov
I want to get a nice, roomy and durable diaper bag. I was thinking that I liked the ju ju be backpack/messenger bags.

Any suggestions?
I've also heard the skip hop bags are nice.

Please all input would be nice.

Also it will be used for an infant and a toddler.

I used a backpack and used to shove my purse in there too. I didn't like all those things hanging on my shoulder

I have the Lands End diaper bag. It's not the prettiest bag ever, but it's blue so it's good enough for me haha.
But it opens like an accordian or old doctor's bag and is super roomy. I've packed all of my LO's stuff plus mine for a weekend away inside of it.

With my son I just bought a cheap one from walmaet that ended up ripping after a month or so. I also tried the back thing and just the oversized purse, that was fine, but I couldn't stay organized with the oversized purse.

If you like the JuJuBe, that's a great choice! I'm partial to Petunia Pickle Bottom...beautiful, functional bags!!! If you are on a budget...SkipHop has great bags, plenty of styles & prints to choose from.

I've also own[ed] & been happy with...Marc Jacobs, Nest, Reese Li, Timi & Leslie bags. But, the PPB's are my first choice!

Personally designer bags are completely a waste of money. The women who buy them are primarily worried about what kind of statement they make and that they paid so much money for a bag they'll carry for maybe 2 years.

You can get a fantastically durable, handy diaper bag for under 100.00 at babies R us, or even on Etsy.

Ok. I don't really care about the designer, but I want something that's gonna last. And if I have to I will spend the extra money.I've been told by more than one person that these bags are great and will be with the spending.

I am a Ju Ju Be addict. I love their bags and carry them after diaper days. Totally worth the $ and resale value is wonderful.

The jujube can be carried even after baby as an overnight bag, or just bag for whatever, the prints are so great and there is so many. They are durable, and are machine washable which i love, and yes the resale value is great. Woman go crazy for jujube. I use mine all the time and i dont even have a baby right now. I took my jujube hip to vegas last year it was a great carry on bag.

This diaper bag looks brand new and is two years old. They're super popular in Europe and cool bags. They just got to the US and are distributed by the same company that distributes Moby Wrap so you know it's an awesome quality bag. They have tons of room and they don't look like diaper bags. I had PPB (Petunia Pickle Bottom) and hated it because it looks and feels like a diaper bag. These don't. I've had Ju Ju Be, Skip Hop and more but Lassig USA is my absolute favorite.
