3 years ago...

Three years ago, I found out I was pregnant with my baby girl. Now, today is her first official day of potty training. Accidents-1 Potty-0
I asked her if she needed to go to the bathroom and she said no. Two minutes later she is informing that there is a mess. She's 29 months. My sister thinks she isn't ready yet. I'm emotional thinking I'm pushing her into this. I don't know what to do. She knows what the potty is, but she's never done more than sit on it. I'm I ahead of myself. I feel like I should at least give a few more tries. Any ideas? I've been crying all morning.

My daughter is also 3 & we started in September & she's not really fully ready.
She has did pee pee on the potty maybe 4 times and poop once on the potty but now, she just sits on it & holds her pee in.

It will get easier, it just takes a lot of time & patience.

We didn't start potty training until 3 and she actually told ne she needed to potty. Don't push, it'll happen when she's ready.
