I can see how that would do it. I'm almost 6 months PP and I don't think I'm going to get better without therapy.

Don't feel guilty and don't listen to them. I ignored my feelings after my first son and would up institutionalized for a week. Try a break first, then if that doesn't seem to ease your feelings give therapy a try. Even take medicine if you need it. PPD is temporary, so you'll only have to be on medication for a certain amount of time, but it can get out of control if you don't treat it.
