Oatmeal helps! Just not the instant, fenugreek I take that 3 pills 3x a day, blessed thistle helps as well, also something called more milk plus that helps and drink drink drink water, one dark beer a day because of the brewers yeast, goats rue is said to be helpful as well!

Buy Fenugreek Seed pills at your vitamin shop and Mothers Milk Tea in Whole Foods. Milk will increase in 24-48 hours on Fenugreek.
Also consider renting a hospital grade pump for a week or so.

Like the others said fenugreek helped us a lot. Also try hand expressing pumps did nothing for me. I even tried 3 different kinds of pumps.

You didn't mention when you had him... if it was recently, just be assured that it takes time for your milk to come in. If you are exclusively pumping because he cannot bf yet, make sure you pump as often as you would feed him if he could feed... every 3 hours at least. That will help bring your milk in and increase supply. I had to do this for my premies. If you are already doing all this, then talk to your doc about a prescription to increase supply or take what the other ladies have been mentioning.

All I can say is keep at it! It takes time. My girls were supplemented for a while in hospital before I was making enough milk for them, but I did end up getting plenty in eventually and didn't have to supplement either of them after two weeks. I was waking up during the night too to pump (every 3 hours through day and night for 20 minutes). It was a full-time job but worth it in the end although it felt like torture while I was doing it!
