TMI...but

I am 35 weeks pregnant and I seriously feel like I will never, ever poop again. I have been so terribly constipated for days that it's actually making me nauseous. What can I do or take or anything?

Prunes, apples, pears, peaches, almonds, spinach, apple juice, grape juice, lots of water, flaxseed, tea(pregnancy safe tea)

Don't eat bananas, a lot of meat, pasta, rice or processed foods including dairy bc it backs you up. Beans and nuts provide lots of fiber and protein and leaftly greens provide lots of calcium so dairy is not a must.

fiber one bars. theyre yummy

Stool softeners. Start at 3 the first day then 2I the second and third until you have a bowel movement.

This. Don't eat more than one, though. I made that mistake and couldn't stop pooping for like 2 days.

Prune juice will help alot. It has never failed me.

I remember working with a guy at the local shops. He was telling me about his construction days. Nicked off to the shops for some lunch and purchased a 1 litre bottle of prune juice. Had lunch, guzzled his juice down on 40 degree day. Clocked off, and when he was a block or two away from the construction site, he described himself bolting to the nearest loo with hands behind his ass. He reckons he was afraid to even let off gas incase it became explosive. LMAO

prune juice, prune, milk of magnesia.. if none of that works i thi nk your doctor can prescribe something safe to take.
