Thats completely normal, and perfectly okay. By 3 months, i'd lost 20 pounds. Gained it alll back, plus 12.

I'm 20 weeks and still at my prepregnancy weight...mind you I'm also overweight.
I had no appetite until a couple weeks ago. No nausea just no appetite. I had to force myself to eat. My baby is healthy and his sonograms are fine. I take my prenatals, etc. Baby's gonna use energy from wherever..whether its food you eat or stored fat.

out of energy is normal...lightheadedness and being dizzy all the time is somewhat concerning. maybe try drinking smoothies throughout the day? even a milkshake

:/ i did try that. didnt work. i see a nutritionist all the time and he said even if i can get at least 1 shake down a day thats good. but its so difficult to make a healthy shake. i was putting strawberries, blueberries and vanilla icecream in it but with the strick diabetic diet now i cant do the icecream. and it was making me sick.

It should ease up as you get further along, you just have to hang in there.
This pregnancy has been tough for me, from the beginning I was sick, throwing up everything I'd eat, I even ended up going to the ER because I started throwing up bile. Nothing helped, and they just kept telling me it was normal. I was losing weight, and I was convinced there had to be something wrong, because I have two daughters and my pregnancies were so easy with them. Eventually it went away on its own, and it turns out it's a boy this time, so I'm blaming it on that. He just affects my body differently. But he is 100% healthy, and he wasn't harmed by how little I could eat the first few months.
Try to find something you can stand to eat, for me it was oatmeal, and nothing else, or try to drink your calories, maybe smoothies or milkshakes?

You can buy sugar free Ice cream. Or try drinking maybe some v8 of some sort. Maybe some lowfat strawberry milk, since you mentioned the strawberrys. They have rediced fat nesquick. You could also try making smoothies instead of milk shakes. They have a large variety of lowfat flavored yogurts you can add to frozen fruits, walmart offers a huge variety. They also have these powder packets of things called breakfast esentials, i forget what brand they are, they have 3 flavors i think, you can add it to milk. They also have them in premixed bottles. I usually find them near the poptarts, oatmeals/ceral isles. Just try lots of different things until you can find something that works. Hopefully this helps. Good luck.
