Well if he refuses to crate her and only keep her in the kitchen I would be making him clean up the mess.

then I would be the one picking up his vomit, he can't handle bodily fluids, I've seen his throw up from changing a diaper

awww. we have spaniel lab mixes that i haven't seen in person yet because they are in foster care that i can't wait to see how cute they are. then we have my puppies and 11 others that are going to be ready for adoption within the next few weeks

awww the last litter we pulled was 6 weeks old and abused, one had a broken jaw and fractured skull, poor little guy. all the other puppies were adopted out but he's still here at 8 months

Hey ladies! Haven't been in this thread for awhile.  

Well I made a pretty grim discovery today. As I was taking Remi out he ventured out back behind our tool shed (close to where Pete is buried). Well got closer to Pete and saw coyote poop everywhere then noticed some dirt thrown around and white fur near the grave. Well they have managed to dig a softball sized hole 4 foot down and have exposed part of Pete. He still looks intact so they haven't messed with him very much. I tried moving the dirt back, but it's all frozen.   I'm debating on whether to tell DH or not. He has yet to go back there since the day of the accident. But I don't want to leave it that way and I can't do it alone. The only way to fix it is to fill the hole then cover the grave with rock to prevent them from digging again. Ugh idk  

Update on Remi:

Remi is doing a little better with his accidents in the house, but it still has them during the night and once or twice a day. We're now trying to work in his boundaries and manners as well. He jumps on people, begs for table scraps, if the baby is lating on the floor he tries to be right in top of him, and he's always getting into hampers and toy boxes to find things to chew on. Other than that he's a decent dog. Hopefully we can get these issues resolved and he'll be a perfect dog.

Aww i hope you can get pete covered up!! Idont know exactly if it would " stink " with it being cold weather and such. but I would get him covered back up.

I just applied at PAWS to be a volunteer / foster. They told me they are in need of Volunteers right now really bad to help with transport, adoption events, fundraising, and things like that, So im really hopeful I hear back from them soon. Cross your fingers for me ladys! I know for a fact that alot they could use the help and I KNOW I would be a perfect person to do it.

I was just writing a email to the head of my rescue to see if I can do anything else, since I don't have a foster anymore I wanted to take a little bit of time to heal.
