well for the last couple days i have been sore when i wake up but i have been having sharp cramps that come and go i feel constipated even though i do go poop tmi sorry but no bleeding considering how stressed i have been

Sharp cramps could be gas or BH contractions.
Being sore when you wake up is very normal   It sucks.
The constipation feeling is probably just pressure from your ever growing uterus and baby.
