Very Personal but need help!

Okay so my daughters brother was taken into foster care today while he was in my care. Since i am not his biological mother, they wouldnt tell me anything. He is 3.5 years old and we got to thinking WHY? Here lately he has been saying very dirty things about his "pee pee" and touching it/running water on it, etc. Also when we go to bathe him and wash his bottom he says no dont touch there it hurts. We didnt think anything about it til now. His uncle has a bunch of problems and has been in and out of boys and girls town his whole life. He is 19 and today they took him too. Why would they take him and my daughters brother? I feel like he has possibly been sexually molested but how do you tell in a 3 year old? I dont want to think of this, it hurts so bad to think that the little boy i raised and love like he is my own has possibly been sexually molested. Also today he told me brother he was going to "stick his peter in his butt". Why would a lil boy say that? why would he say his butt hurts? Why would he touch himself? How do they prove a lil boy was molested?

Sounds like he's being sexually abused   I'm so sorry, I hope that's not the case.

Oh my. That would be absolutely horrible! Maybe ask him about it in a way hed understand? Ask if he's been touched in those areas? Yikes. :/

toddlers will touch themselves A LOT so thats kinda normal.. but the things he says and the butt hurting is concerning.

my son is constantly playing with his penis. and almost always has a erection but he isnt molested at all.

i hope it all turns out ok.

As a child that was molested im sorry to say he has a lot of signs of it. Talking about things being put in his butt and his butt hurting and not wanting to be touched. As for the proving it they will most likely talk to him have him show on a doll if and where he has been touched. They will most likely do a physical exam looking for anal tearing, signs of penetration, fluids, ect.

This is heartbreaking. No child would say those things without having learned them somewhere. It definitely sounds like someone has hurt him.   I hope whoever it was gets a long long time in prison... and worse. So sorry for that baby!!

i cant ask him   they took him. i have no contact with anyone now. He also told someone his uncle dusten touched him and they ask where and he said his pee pee. why would a toddler say that unless it happend? i was also JUST TOLD that he was kicked out of rooms in the boys and girls town for touching little kids. WHAT THE F***! Why did they allow him to live with Daylin if this smurf happend?!? I dont understand. I have not been told any of this til just now and I cant do a dang thing about it.

Why weren't charges filed when he was accused of touching the other kids?  

Is your SO/DH his bio father? Have him contact the local foster care agency and try to get custody of him.

i have no idea. like i said i was just told this. soon as i talked to one person i called someone eles. I have no idea why they would keep this from me. i may not be his real mommy but I AM MOMMY to him. He looked at me today and said mommy please dont let them take me :"( how do you cope with something like this? my daughters dad is his real daddy but we arent together and he isnt fit.. i am but like i said, im "nothing" to him so they wont let me take him. My mom is going to try to get foster parent rights but it can take months. This is one of the hardest things I have ever went through. That lil boy has been through hell. We were like his security blanket. Everytime he wanted to see us or we wanted to see him, we could just go get him and now I have no idea where he is or where hes going to be. This hurts :'(

I really hope you could somehow get him back. Try actually going to the office maybe? Does he have any trustworthy family?

honestly? no! we were practically all he had. his mommy was in rehab.. his grandma and grandpa acted like they didnt want him and wouldnt stop smoking pot and cigs around him. They dont have cars..nothing. His mom was supposed to get out tomorrow and now idk whats going to happen. I raised him since he was 4 months old and now he is almost 4. If his mom would of put us down as a placement home then he would of stayed here but no shes an idiot and didnt. She signed temp custody to her mom knowing he wouldnt be taken care of. Shoot we got him last weekend and by yesterday she already wanted us to come get him. Hes not even a bad kid. They just dont like having the responsibility of taking care of him.
