Yes, lol. I deleted an old FB profile that way.

Was the profile activated? If it was, then they were also on your email. And you should change that password.

No you have to send a request to permanently delete it if you deactivate no matter how long it has been if you log back on all the info will be there again. Trust me I've deleted my account plenty of times lol

I activated it to see what the hell was it and to get more details. I changed the password.

Ok so here it goes


1) Go to the" help center "
2) type delete account
3) choose the first option " how do I deactivate or delete account?"
4) scroll down to #2 permanently delete account the it says "click here" at the end of it .
It asks you for password then You submit
It gives you a date I believe of when it will be deleted make sure you don't log back on before the date  

there is also an option when you deactivate it when it ask why you can choose hacked and I think that deletes
