And I feel awesome! I was drenched in sweat at one point but it felt so good to push through the burn! I really want to keep this up.
Today was my last day of my 7 day guest pass, and I think next month I'll be able to get a year membership I'm gonna keep doing cardio in the morning and after dinner, and try some weight training on our bowflex, and of course some ab work every other day.
I'm so pumped right now. And I should be getting ready for bed
