So it was an accident.. people accidentally kill other people and pay for it despite lack of intent. Why should this woman be any different? She caused the death of her child by being stupid and doing something she KNEW was against the rules at the zoo. And it was against the rules because people want to prevent smurf like this.

Why should her relationship to the child keep her from being prosecuted?

If she doesn't kill herself first. She's publically being judged and recognized by jerks like you when she has to feel like SHE is the one responsible for her child's death that she had to helplessly watch as he was brutally killed and hear his screams.

You are not a mother. You do not understand the hurt you go through when your child is hurt. I could not take it if I watched my child be killed in front of me. I would feel so guilty.
