Citation and Subpoena for child support

Im filing for child support and i got a served a subpoena and citation saying im beiong sued but it doesent say from who. It says the other parties in the action is my husband, so im think this isnt my court date to appear in court to establish child support but that my husband has filed and suing me for custody or joint custody. Im not sure whats going on but im going to call in the morning has any one ever been served these papers?

The papers should state who the other party is and exactly what the court appearance is for...

Whoever's filing the action should be referred to as the "petitioner" and the other party is the "respondant". Took me a minute to come up with the words, I had a brain fart.

At the tp of the paper it sayd Citation and ive read down on the paper and it dosent say the petitioner it just says Attorney of Record State Bar No###### Child support unit, Attorney for petioner
