23 weeks and gagging

hello all im 23 weeks in pregnancy 6 months when i first found out i was scared at only 4 weeks then i had the MS any time sickness as some call it at 10 weeks now for the passed two days i been gagging it was off and on in the start of the 2nd trimester wonder if anyone else is gagging when they are around food and what makes you gag the most stronge coffee dont bother me at all cig smoke does tho.

I been gagging at times... certain smells will trip it... but it's not too bad.

I am more sensitive to smells so yes I gag often. Especially when I see a whole lot of food...
