That is a hard one. Sometimes just knowing the last 4 of the social is enough but not sure in this kind of situation.

You do not need a warrant , now if it was you on another person plan like your parents or sister or brother then you couldnt do that. But since it is your husband you can do it.

My mom says there should be a link on that website where it says are you having problems with your account click on it. It will connect you to a person and when they ask you what is your problem. Explain to them you need them to email you the txts that go from whatever her number is to what his number is and that you are his wife. And give them your information and his and they should email you the request you ask for. My mom works for at&t and she said thats how they do it down here , she not sure how they do it up there.
