You do not begin to change with acceptance, you change first. Today's society is far too soft. We are constantly dancing around the harsh truth for the sake of "self esteem" and "confidence" because we as a society are terrified of feeling bad. We can't hurt or be sore, or tired, or unhappy with ourselves without being deemed mentally unhealthy. Stop crying. Stop bitching. Stop the movement. Get off your ass.
