turbo jam v. 2

so i poasted a while back asking about turbo jam. i finally got it and just started the exercises yesterday. and im sore as hell today. but it was fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuun so maybe ill actually keep it up

what are you ladies using to lose your baby weight?

after my first two i did bellydancing lessons for a few months... it still has its good uses too

whats turbo jam about ? i havnt had her yet but as she comes out i plan on working on losing it right away so im doing my research pretty much going to try everything in the book even liquid diets

its pretty fun. she teaches you the moves and then you just use them in combinatoin during the workout. some of the moves are pretty dance-like and there is a lot of kicks and punches.

I LOVE turbo jam. I've been exercising with it for months now and I definitely see results. I use it in combination with a Denise Austin video called "Personal Trainer." The DA video has a bunch of different upper body, lower body and ab work outs at varying levels of intensity. It also includes a cardio workout but I find the TurboJam DVD so much more fun.

Cardio + weight training = fastest results possible. There's no doubt in my mind. My body started looking way better in a few months and I only work out about three times a week, four at the most.

I'm in early pregnancy, by the way, so I'll post on my post-pregnancy progress when I get there.
