Bed Bugs or allergic reaction?

DD has been getting marks on her skin for the past couple of months, and I have no idea what is causing them. The picture below is kind of what they look like, but they don't have a head on them. She gets them several at a time all in the same area, and they are normally just on her legs and stomach.

I've asked her doctor about it several times and at first he just said it was acne, and then he started saying it was something biting her. SO and I never get bit though, and we don't really have an insect problem. I've wondered if it could be bed bugs, but SO and I aren't having any issues and we co-sleep....

Any ideas on what it could be?

My family owns an extermination company so this is something i am very familiar with. It looks like bed bug bites. They feed in lines of three. Like one bite, then a space another bite and so on. Check your mattresses for dark small blood stains.

Not everyone reacts to a bed bug bite, some people do and some don't.

Looks like bed bugs bites to me.

Has it been harder to wake her up? Bed bugs let off a chemical when they feed making it difficult to wake so they can feed off you for as long as they need to.
