I let myself "snack" on granola bars yesterday and ate 10 of them before I even realized... They were SUPPOSED to be snacks for my son lol. I've had 3 apples today, 4 granola bars, a fried bologna sandwich, a little bag of the baked potato chips ( our vending machines at work don't have any healthy foods at all. That's as close as I could get
), a bowl of cereal, 3 scrambled eggs, a piece of toast, and a Reese's cup I couldn't deny myself. I gave in once I got to work and just started eating everything lol.
