what could this pain be?

I'm having pains in my sides. Almost feels like menstrual cramps but are way too high. On both sides but more in my left side. It feels very tender when I get up and down or twist to either side...I'm wondering if it could maybe be my kidneys? But it seems unlikely it would be a problem with both kidneys right? Im just really hurting

I feel like kidneys are in the back... But I'm not a doctor and I haven't slept well for over a year. lol... When DH was passing kidney stones their path hurt. But other then that, I got nothing

He says it didn't radiate. He said he thought he "popped his spine out again or something." He was vomiting it hurt so bad. But kidney stones are weird and everyone reacts differently. He's very descriptive about it and almost told me it hurts worse than labor......

Thank you   I guess I'm just going to have to get the doc to check it out...I need to go anyways

does it burn to pee? a fever? sounds like kidneys to me honestly... maybe an infection? good luck
