I agree that it sounds like a migraine, but, even though your blood pressure has been normal, it could be that. Blood pressure can change quickly. Have you seen your doctor recently? If you have an appointment in the next couple of days, mention the headaches. If you don't, and if you are concerned, go into a pharmacy and take your blood pressure, just to be sure (though, even if it is high, that doesn't necessarily mean much, sit there for 3-5 minutes and practice your relaxation techniques before you take your blood pressure again if it is still high, then you might want to contact your doctor earlier.

I have a doctor appointment tuesday so i will definately be telling him about my headaches. I had pre- eclampsia with my last pregnancy with high blood pressure, but never got told i HAD high blood pressure. I had my daughter around 38 weeks, and im 36 weeks now, i will be 37 on tuesday. i rarely ever get migraines but the only thing that sounded like migraine was the sensitivity to light. last time i swelled up really bad but really not many headaches but this time i dont know if it can reverse and me have pre-eclampsia n not be knowing it? cause i would swell in my fingers and face but i dont believe im swelling, its just the really bad headaches and my feet go off and on swelling.

That's crazy that they never told you your blood pressure was high in your last pregnancy. Since you had pre-e last time, you likely know what to look for (nausea and pain in your upper abdomen are some of them).

Best of luck!

i never had stomach pain or nausea last time either. i thought my bp was fine, and they checked my urine and said you have protein in your urine and made me do a 24 hour urine sample and then take it in and they ran it and i had waaay too much protein so they induced me. so it was kind of silent last time the only thing was the swelling. but this time i could actually have symptoms that are different like headaches

you shouldn't be drinking diet either   ...aspartame. Doctor told me drinking regular pop was better than diet. I tried to cut out all caffeine during pregnancy, but the end it got tough when hubby would come home with starbucks
