No appetite?

I have diabetes and other pancreas issues. I usually always have an appetite unless my pancreas is causing pain, I'm not in pain. I just don't have any appetite really   what could cause having no appetite? I'm normally always hungry and now I just really don't wanna eat.

Stomach bug? Before my bowl of cereal this morning, I hadn't eaten since Tuesday night. But thanks to that stupid stomach bug, I lost 7 lbs in 2 1/2 days   I only know that because I had my weigh in on Monday then weighed again this morning.
