How long should I wait

So me and my BD aren't together, we have been discussing custody arrangements and visitation all that great stuff for him. I will exclusively breast feed and he keeps pushing me about how long He is going to have to wait till he can keep the baby overnight. What do you guys think? I'm lost cause I'm scared he'll call at like 3 am and be like I'm out of milk or that he'll get so frustrated with a little baby, with no one there to help him!

I think you should as long as you and the baby want to because it's not his decision.

Depending on how u guys get along once baby is on a good schedule, however u decide, u could make him a pallet in front room or nursery to have a few test runs. That would help ease ur nervousness. Until u r ready then he needs to understand that taking care of baby overnight is a big deal. Go with ur gut but also remember he is the daddy, as long as he is responsible he should be given a chance. Good luck hun!
