It's Croatian, but it is in slang. So no translation other than "this child has....and this picture was uploaded to facebook 3 hours ago..

Hrmm this reminds me of a pic that was circulating fb about this baby who had"cancer" & Facebook would "donate" money for every like. Facebook does NOT support these hoaxes whatsoever. Anyways I was curious as to what this poor baby's cancer was exactly. He was incredibly bloated and looked awful. After doing some research, it turns out this poor precious baby had a bad allergic reaction to a needle he received shortly after birth & passed in 2008. Whoever put this hoax on Facebook stole the images and plastered them all over fb for their own twisted pleasure. Again, Facebook will NOT donate money to these "causes". These are attention whores looking for likes.
