Invite her or not?

One of SO's brother has a on and off girlfriend. All SO's brother want to give their mom a picture, well right now they are boyfriend and girlfriend but I can't tell you in a week if they will be off again.


Should she be invited to take the family picture or no? They've been like this for two years now. Everytime they break up, he gets rid all the picture of them and this is what I am worried about.

my uncl has a gf for like years.. even called her Aunt. but they broke up and we have this family photo (in my grandmas house) and shes in, and hes married now with 2 kids.. it's just awkward... it's super old but still...

would still think its only fair that the others be allowed to bring their girlfriends. Unless you do not specifically want that person in the picture if you are paying for it. In the end you can do whatever you want if youre the one footing the bill
