No I wouldnt. I definitely wouldnt want to know. If my mama told me something like that today, it would smurf up my entire psyche. If she has a chance to live a normal, happy life with no memory of it, then I say, ignorance is bliss.

I wouldn't tell her unless she asked about her father and wanted a relationship with him. At that point I would probably tell her but only if she were old enough to truly understand what it meant.
