Your SO is tampering with your BC....D/D

Random D/D
Say YOU are finished with having children, at least temporarily, but your SO wasn't. Everything about your relationship is great, except for the issue of having more children (for argument's sake, let's say you can afford more). You are on birth control pills and he is wearing the condom. One day, you find out you are pregnant. You drive yourself nuts thinking how the hell did birth control fail.
The day you tell SO, you catch him tampering with your birth control pills, switching them with identical 'sugar pills.' He confesses to also poking holes in the condoms.
Would you stay or leave? Would you abort or keep?
Should a man be charged for messing with his girlfriend's bc /poking holes in condoms?

I would leave his ass. For sure.
But I would probably end up keeping the baby. Assuming that finances weren't the reason for holding off on another to begin with.

Leave and adopt out. I doubt he could get in trouble for it because women do it to men all the time and don't seem to be charged with anything.

I would leave only because he essentially lied to me. I would abort. And only if a woman can be charged if she stops taking birth control without SO's permission or pokes holes in condoms.

I'd be worried about his mental state to go through all of that trouble. I would question why he wouldn't just tell me he want's another.

I wouldnt leave, and id keep the baby, but id make him seek help because that is way beyond normal behaviour.

Imo that's not a reaon to abort...
Id stay but there would be major counseling going on.

I wouldn't leave, and I'd keep the baby. I'd be mad as hell, but I'd make him get a vasectomy to make it up to me.
I think it's wrong for men to do that, just as it is for women. Should they be charged? ehhh, i think it could be allowed I guess, but I wouldn't press charges against my DH for it.

I agree!!!!!! Lame reason to abort.

If I don't want another one then I will abort no matter how it was conceived

So, should a woman be charged with something for telling her SO that she is on birth control (and is not) and poking holes in the condom? It's the same exact thing.

This makes me think of Carlos of Desperate Housewives doing this exact thing to Gabby's BC pills ROFL.

I'd keep that baby (since finances weren't the problem), and tell him to seek counseling. I wouldn't leave him, but I'd probably stay somewhere else or ask him to for the time being. and I dont think a guy can be punished for that, same as a girl can choose to stop taking bc without telling the guy.

Leave but luckily i'll never have to worry about that because it took a lot to even talk my SO into one more. I'd like to at least have 2 kids though. I thought about stopping birth control one time without telling him and then I realized how awful that is and how pissed I would be if it was the other way around.
ETA: I would keep the kid though.
