Pain in legs and lower back

okay all ,
i know its normal to have back pain during pregnancy, but this pain is just unreal. It starts in my lower back and shoots down my legs. (mainly my right leg) . I took a warm bath last night and it was very painful to get up. Im currently 23 weeks along. Am i supposed to be feeling this sort of pain this early on? My next appointment is in a few weeks, but looking for some other mommies inputs.

the baby is pushing on a nerve right? I had this with my first son, but was concerned because it didnt start until i was in my last trimester with him. Well looks like my new lil man doesnt want to wait that long lol. I was scared i was going into pre-term labor

Yeah that's all it is.
Sometimes it hurts sooo bad that I can't move my legs..and I have to physically move them with my hands to stand up!

I had this when i was pregnant,it didn't stay long though. Just baby pushing on a nerve.
