re: Whats a good juice?

Buy a juice machine (50-60 at Walmart) and make your own fresh real juice.....store bought juice is crap....plus its more economical to make fresh juice....and its simple and amazing for your body..

I would juice apple and carrots and water it down a bit.....or just apples and water it down

I give my LO juice but we started giving juice at 2.

This too...my husband juices quite often and I started making juices for my son when he went through a really picky phase and wouldn't touch vegetables.

I am shocked people don't know this! lol... 100% juice is fine in moderation.
