Chicken Strips

I usually make chicken strips with bread crumbs, or panko but I don't have either one and I don't feel like making bread crumbs. How else can I make some nice crunchy chicken tenders without these things?

Do you have corn flakes or Rice Krispies?

Its going to sound crazy but potato chips if you have them...

corn flakes or corn meal.... flour if you're frying them.

Ive used croutons crushed up, cheese puffs, or even cereal! Theyre all good. Just depends if the flavors work for you I guess!

I do have Rice Krispies. Thanks ladies. There's some really good suggestions and makes me want to try them all.

Pancake mix! They're not SUPER crispy but they're so good. You can coat them in it and then bake them.

Crackers work good too.

Oh, I still have some of those onions left over from the green bean casserole on Thanksgiving. I'll probably do that then, since they need to be used anyway. Thanks!

I've used the crispy onions and it was super good! Just make sure you use a lot because for some reason when you cook them it seems like the taste dissolves a little

I always crunch them into smaller pieces too before I dip the chicken in it. The super big pieces don't stick as well.
