Of doesn't have to be brand name but it's easier to find a recipe that way

Yes I do too, I put them in a freezer bag and crunch them up real well, coat the chicken in egg and then dip it in the onion

if you crush corn flakes with brown sugar and seasoning, you get a really delicious dredge.

coat as usually and bake. AMAZING with peanut sauce.

Parmesan-crusted chicken is a favorite.
Basically, you use shredded Parmesan cheese in place of crumbs. Awesome!
