Fitness Center Help!

Okay so I am going to be signing up for this fitness place close to my house. Well I want to get a set routine down. I want to use mainly weights and less cardio. I will be doing cardio like 2 days a week. Anyone have any tips on what to do and how many sets I should do and all of that?

I can't help too much, other then to suggest a book. "The rules of lifting for women." It focuses on free weights (which is nice, so you don't need to know how to use tons of special machine). I love this book. It gives you lots of exercises and routines and explains WHY weight lifting is so great for women.
