flu shot?

Hello there im 26 weeks preg.and got the flu shot today..my doc.told me it is best to get it since the flu is going around and i work in fast food also......she said there wont be no harm to me or tho baby...so i got it done...now i feel nervouse because i came home and google it to see what other pooples opinions where and so far alot of ppl wrote they would never get it done...is there anyone who got it done and was fine after wards???

I got it when I was 9 weeks pregnant and everything was fine.

I've always gotten a flu shot, it's fine. The shot cannot give you the flu, if that's what you're worried about.

I got one last week and had one with my daughter. I'm fine and so is my daughter. I would rather have the shot then risk getting a severe flu while pregnant!

I got it when I was about 15 wks with DD1 and just before being discharged from hospital after having DD2, 3 weeks ago. We're all 3 just fine  

I did when I was pregnant with my son (around 35 weeks) and we were both fine.

I am hard core again flu shots. I never get any vaccinations. But I had a prenatal appointment and SH came and the doctor was talking about it and DH said I should. I finally gave in. I was just sore, but completely fine. And LO was perfectly fine too. I got it at 36 weeks.

alrighty girls..thank you..now i feel better...i just get nervouse when it comes to pregnancy it took me a long time to get where iam at and i want to do everything to make sure the lil guy is healthy=.)

i was 23 weeks when i got it im now 25 and everything is fine  

I got it around 8 weeks and was fine. My son is very healthy.

i got it with both my kids and i am find and i just got one done at my last app with this one and it is fine

I got the flu shot i was 4 weeks pregant at the time i didnt know i was pregant with my fourth baby. i happy now iv got it because it keeps all the very bad ones away from making bub sick.

i got mine at 13 weeks me and my little boy are very fine im glad i did everyone around me is so sick!!!

In every situation there are always people who turn out "just fine" but that doesn't mean that you should do it.
If I were you, next pregnancy I would decline the flu shot and all other vaccines. After you have your baby, Google "VAERS flu vaccine pregnancy."

I had mine a while ago (My winter is your summer) and I haven't had even the slightest sign of a cold since and I LOVE it!

There have been quite a few bad bugs going round this year and every person in my family got quite ill and it lasted a longer time than usual, but I avoided all of it   Woohoo   

I definitely recommend it to everyone who asks about it.
