PLEASE HELP!!!

This might be kind of personal but sorry.I am 36 weeks and 6 days and my husband and I had sexat about 10 this morning. Iimmediately started getting crampy and my boobs started aching so I put a paper towel between my legs and thentried to sleep til like 12 but I was on and off cuz I was crampy. I got up cuz I had to pee and I took out the paper towel and I started feeling wetnessdown my leg. There was this clear stuff dripping down my leg!! There was about 5 or 6 drops and then I got in the shower...was it my water or has anyone had this happen before? My mother-in-lawwho's a nurse told me to go to thehospital but I DO NOT want to sit there for nothing please help!!

This might sound kind of sick, but are you sure it wasn't from him coming inside of you?

did he finish the job inside? Could be liquified sperm. Happens a lot to me, and there have been many women on here that have gone in thinking it was their water only to find out it was sperm. I would lay down, sit up, get up and down and see if it continues to "leak" if it is your fluid....I've heard it has a "sweet" smell

thats what I rhought it was at first but it was dripping all the way down to my feet and we've been together for over 2 years and thats NEVER happened before

It could have been your water...so keep your eyes open for more liquid....it also could be your man's semen..because after it stays inside of you for a little it will become more liquidy. Try laying down if it leaks out while you are laying down It may be your waters. Be prepared to go to the dr.

Or it could be your water.

If you laid down and they are still there, the contractions that is,or getting worse, GO TO L&D.

You should go and get checked, if your water did break you could get an infection.

when your water breaks it is a huge rush and it doesnt stop coming. my water broke after i had sex one night and noah came a month early. also wait to see if you have contractions. if the liquid is still coming out and you start to feel contractions i would deffinitly go to the hospital right away . good luck

its not always a huge rush..sometimes its just a leak

Not necessarily....it depends....a lot of women get a slow leak of their waters which stops when they are standing up because the pressure from the baby's head blocks the escape of liquid from the cervix.

Women have LOTS of discharge during pregnancy...it is probalby that. If you are saying it is only a few drops. If you are really worried about it being your water, go in. But I doubt it is.

I should add too that I didnt get contractions at all for HOURS.....when I went to L&D, my water had broke..but a few hours later they had to start Pitocin because I hadnt gotten any contractions.

make yourself cough hard a few times. if it keeps squirting out when you cough its probably your water

Hehehe.....liquified sperm....that made me laugh.
