Stemming from another post

If you were at a restaurant here in the US what would you do if you saw a roach on the table?

What about if you were in another country like India? Would you feel differently because it was another country?

I'd leave either way.. unless it was supposed to be part of the dish.. which.. I'd still probably leave LOL

I would smash it with something and announce "OMG that is nasty!" then refuse to pay the bill and walk out. Maybe even call the health dept or someone to have them inspected.

Like a cockroach? Take a pic and call the health department. I don't know about another country because I can't see myself leaving the US.

i see where your getting at.. i mena in India, obviously health inspectors and stuff arent like they are here.. if they even have them, you go by what the people eat there.. if a bunch of people eat a restaurant and its all open like alot of places are in other countries, there is bound to be bugs : /

here in the states, id leave, and either not pay or ask for money back..

in inida, id probably just be like.. smurf it im eating worse smurf at the moment anyway

I don't care if it's at the Queen of England's dinner table, it'd still be disgusting.

If I was in the us I'd take pics and call the board of health, plus make a bug stink about it right then and there. That would be unacceptable and disgusting. In another country I would just leave, I wouldn't want any bad "repercussions" for "messing with the wrong ppl" lol.

It happened to one of my tables when I was waitress. It was disgusting and they got up and left, and I don't blame them!
