Meh I guess we just dont see eye to eye and thats fine. But I just still think that no matter if they work or not they should be at least doing something for their child.

I thought I mentioned that in the original post but I'm a little scattered brained and irritated :p

I really hope he does take me to court, I would love for his plan to take Liam to backfire and end up with him paying child support, he wouldn't even pass a drug test if he needed to. How hard would it be to get supervised visits?

You should not be with this guy if he is making you miserable. Stay split up ((assuming he doesnt live with you right now.)) If you want the chance of him getting custody, tell him to give up his rights or you will get him for child support. If he refuses, then go and get him for CS, but it will be proven he is the father so there will be a chance he might get some sort of custody. :/

He makes me hate myself. And we've broken up a lot before and this time if he tries to make amends I'm not doing it. And yeah I know. I really don't want him to have unsupervised anything though. I really don't trust him to not try and keep him from me.
