cramping started at 8 days pp

I have been getting severe cramping in my hip that radiates to my back like bad period cramps. They are bad enough to put me in tears & make it to where I limp. How long will they last? I hate it!

that happened to me like 2 or 3 days in a row around 8 days pp as well.. i felt like i was in labor all over again. i took a pillow and pressed out it on my abdomen while laying on my stomach...felt so much better.

I've been using an ice pack on the crampy area but the pillows a great idea!

yeah i think i actually stacked 2 pillows..i was in so much pain so i googled and thats what i found lol hope u feel better. post partum can suck!

Thank you! Lol it does suck but I'm slowly surviving
