I don't know how old everyone's kids are but a cheap idea is to make some homemade ornaments. We made salt dough last night and shaped them into flat ornaments and pushed the kids hand on them. Baked them and this weekend we are gonna paint them. Cheap and fun for the kids. Salt dough - 2 cups of flour, 1 cup of salt add water til it feels like play doh once finished making your things bake at 250 for 2 hours
