Mutiple Respiratory Infections

My daughter has been hospialized twice now for respiratory infections. First one was in October, it was pretty bad and she stayed in the PICU for a week. When we brought her home I never really felt like she got better. We had her at the ER twice for high fevers and congestion. She was hospitalized again the Sunday before Thanksgiving. The first time she tested positive for Rhinovirus. The second time she was positive for Rhino, Adeno and RSV. She is still congested and has a TON of green thick snot. Could something else be causing this? Allergies or asthma? They refuse to give her a nebulizer even though she responded really well to the treatments in the hospital. I'm not sure what to do but I want her back to normal.

I just wanted to say I feel your pain my twins boys just got out of picu after being in for a week for respitory infections an viral illness and one of them is heading back to the hospital today for the same thing! I feel like they never get better an I'm constantly at the doctor with them! Hope your LO gets well soon!

How old is she?

Do you know what her status for cystic fibrosis came back as when they did the newborn screenings.
