Can anyone help?

for some reason BG wont let me add any photos to my albums. I had done it before but now it says checking availibilty of image online and just stays on that for so long that I always end up just x-ing it out.

what internet browser do you use? I hear there are problems with internet explorer and adding pic to albums.

I have internet exploreer that must be it then. thank you
