DH says he wants to help but he doesn't... He keeps pushing box dinners and pasta... I'm about to start making my own dinners lol

no lol he sucks at eating healthy im trying to lose weight to be healthier i want to set a good example for the kids SO is clueless th he'd eat nothing but corndogs and peanut butter if i let him!

Here's an idea to help with portion control: put breakfast lunch and snacks in ziploc bags. Also put an emergency snack in a ziploc bag. Write what it is and the time you are supposed to eat it on a stick note or the bag. Eat it at that exact time. It helps keep you on a schedule and manage how much you eat(:

Popcorn, pasta, left over pizza, pop tarts and kettle chips

cook some pasta and maybe snack on popcorn. Im so tempted to get a take away right now as it friday but im fighting it lol

yum! i had sloppy joe and a piece of pumpkin pie yea pie not the best idea lol but it was a small piece
