Just an idea...... I think on Fridays or maybe every 2 weeks we should all weight ourselfs and post it weather good or bad   lol its all part of the journey

YES!!! We should post are starting eights to and then just edit that post for evey week so we can track it easier

i dont have a cool phone like that lol but i can get a cheapy pedometer at walgreens i get most of my steps from stairs im curious i think ill get one today and see how many stepd i take 2mro and try to increase it by 250 steps for a week then 500 and so on

Lol. We will go with "cool". It's shattered and keeps crashing and crap right now lol. But that's a great idea! I'm sure you can find a calorie counter online

oh im sure! and that sucks about your phone do you have any recipes for healthy foods that dont include beans lol like the pinto beans i dont mind green beans

Lets do it!!! our frist weight in will be next Friday.

I weight 210lbs

try and drink at least a lite of wate a day aswel guys so it cleanes all the sugar out

Not right now. But check Pintrest and google. GREAT places to find good healthy recipies. A big part of it is portion control. You can eat waht ever you want as long as you eat the suggested serving size or less. It's hard but it helps.

I weigh 137 right now. My goal is 110. That's pre both babies.

A good cleanse is



1 Thinly sliced apple
1 Cinnamon stick. You can adjust to taste!

This is true i always over eat i have even started eating from my kids bowls at one point.
Or insead of eatting 1 sweet i gota eat the whole bag.
I think this is one of my biggest problems potion control

Mine to. But it helps. Also eat like this
Breakfast
Snack
Lunch
Snack
Dinner
Snack But not after 7. The constant eating will spend eat up your metabolism and help with the weight loss

Yes ma'am. That's all thats in it.
"Drop apple slices in the bottom of the pitcher (save a few to drop in your glass later) and then the cinnamon stick, cover with ice about 1/2 way through then with water. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes before serving."
