Name pronunciation

Pardon my ignorance,

but is Aria pronounced A-ree-yah or like Mariah without the M. I like it better like Mariah without the M but I wouldn't consider it if most people pronounce it A-ree-yah. So far only name I can come up with that bf likes is Arianna.

I'd go with Arianna...or else you're going to be correcting ppl her whole life.

Maybe its just me, but i pronounce a-ree-yah and mariah without the m the same.

Aria is Are-ee-uh to me.
